It’s funny because I used this method not knowing it was a method.

First, you want to choose at most three different areas of your life. If that is too much choose just one area of your life, for example, health, finances, or mindset.
Second, I want you to write down your goals for these areas of your life. Remember to be as specific as possible, make sure you know exactly what you want. It is always best to have a clear goal and idea of what you are trying to achieve.
Third, make small changes every single day. That’s right, take it little by little one day at a time. There is no need to overwhelm yourself with huge goals. Be sure to break those goals up into smaller goals. Focus on making 1% improvements daily. When I was improving my gut health it was a challenge. Why? It was more than just about food; it was a mindset change I needed to make. Every day I made small changes that changed my health and mindset.
I highly recommend reading the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book discusses how to change your habits by getting 1% better every day. He uses the four laws of behavior change as a framework for creating good habits and breaking bad habits.
